Signing Policies will be presented on What The Hack

OpenFortress will speak on the international hacker conference What The Hack later this month. We will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of PGP for commercial applications, and explain why and how tidy signing policies could solve most problems.

The What The Hack conference is a hacker conference in a traditional setting, where hackers (not to be confused with the bad-karma cracker crowd) unite to exchange detailed information about the hottest and most advanced computing technology.

PGP is popular with this crowd, and cryptography in general is popular as well. OpenFortress will be presenting its view on applicability PGP for a large commercial audience. As a spin-off, our work on signing policies for all major signing technologies will be presented. This work is intended to resolve most issues for commercial utilisation of PGP in today's world.
